Important!! The generous time frame we offer on returns / exchanges is strictly enforced. Please be aware that NO refunds or exchanges can be issued for returns that are not received by us within 30 days of the original ship date. Before shipping a return, we encourage our customers to verify the transit times of their selected courrier because any returns exceeding this time frame will be shipped back to the customer at his / her expense without the option for exchange. For exchange requests received in a timely manner, credit and exchange totals (along with the exchange shipping charge) will be calculated and the remaining balance will be either refunded or charged to your account.
